eFiling or eFailing of Malaysian Income Tax?

The Income Tax LHDN has an excellent software on the eFiling system but it takes the speed of the internet to mess this up. Just imagine on Sunday evening at 7.00 pm or so I started to fill the dividend warrants for just over 30 slips for my wife's return and it took me 4 hours, two log outs and log ins, waiting time for uploading these forms. Probably there was massive upload at that peak time on this Sunday of 26.04.2009. Please Streamyx or rather Screamyx buck up your services to charge current rates. Service above profitability is paramount in IT and telecommunications services not monopoly policy.
As for my own after the midnight hour it took me two hours. I shall definitely call the writer of a letter to the press a great "liar" as probably his return was too simplistic! Luckily I made the dateline of 30.04.2009 or I shall be "dead" or poorer by another 10% late penalty fine. I wonder if the governemtn rebates us will they deduct off the 10% penalty fine for late submissions. Yes, I wonder?
